The Best arrived just in the nick of time. We have used their services at least 4 times. Because we have white carpet, sometimes we have spots that need the Best attention. Each time we've called Best Carpet we got an immediate response. Yesterday a utility person walked in some grease and tracked it into the house onto our white carpet. With the house totally decorated for the holidays, this was a disaster. I immediately called the Best and they came the following morning. Not only did they clean the spots, but cleaned the entire room to blend it all together. These guys are great, professional, punctual, and respectful. If you want the Best, call the Best. Great job, Tom was able to bring new life back to our carpet. He was on time, and is very professional. He had to work really on on some old stains in our carpet from the family dog. He also cleans tile grout, I will have him back for that, and next summer to clean the carpets again. He truck is amazing and has all of the very best equipment. A job well done.

I've used Best Carpet the last 3 times because not only are they super friendly but they are thorough and they are the only Carpet Cleaners who will shampoo my large light tan colored 3 sectional couch.  I have small children and their grubby little hands destroy my couch within months.  After a visit with Best Carpet you can't see any spots.  I would highly recommend them!
